How to download and install C on Windows

C is a programming language. It was developed in 1970s by Dennis Ritchie. To run C program you need to download compiler. There are many compilers available for C and C++. In this tutorial we are going to download and install Turbo C++ on Windows. You can use Turbo C++ for C and C++ program.

Steps to download and install Turbo C++:

Below are the step by step process to download and install Turbo C++ for Windows.

Step 1: Download Turbo C++

Click on below link to download Turbo C++ for Windows.

Step 2: Extract Turbo.c.zip

Now, you need to extract compressed (zipped) folders. Right click on zip file and click to “Extract All…”

Step 3: Run Installation

Now, right click on “setup” and then click on “Run as administrator”.

Step 4: Click Next

Step 5: License Agreement

In this step, click on “I accept the terms in the license agreement” and click on Next

Step 6: Ready to Install

In this step, Setup is now ready to begin installing Turbo C++. Click Install to continue.

Step 7: Finish the installation

In this step, Setup has finished installing. Click Finish to launch the program.
