Online quiz with e-certificate in PHP CodeIgniter with MySQL

The Online Quiz System project with e-certificate is simply developed in CodeIgniter (PHP framework) with MySQL, JavaScript and CSS. The online quiz system project having two panel one for user and another one for Admin. The admin panel of this project has an important role.

The user can register by putting their First name, Last name, EmailId, Mobile number and Institute/College name. after successfully registration the user can start quiz. after completion of quiz user able to download their certificate.

The Admin can add/edit user, add/edit new Quiz (quiz name, quiz duration time, quiz start date and quiz end date), add/edit Quiz questions, and view answer details.

Steps to Download and Run:

Below are the step by step process to Download and Run the project.

Step 1: Download Source Code

The Source Code Download link given below.

Step 2: Extract File

After successfully download, right click on the file and click extract all.

After successfully extract, you will find online-quiz folder, quiz_certificate_db database file and README document in the online-quiz-with-ecertificate-in-codeigniter folder.

Step 3: Copy Project Folder

In this step, copy online-quiz folder and paste into htdocs folder.

C:\xampp\htdocs\online-quiz

Step 4: Create and Import Database

In this step, enter Database name and then click on Create button.

After successfully, click on Import tab and click Choose File then click Import button.

Step 5: Run Project

Congratulations! Run the project using the URL: http://localhost/online-quiz/

For admin panel URL: http://localhost/online-quiz/admin

Username: admin

Password: 123
