Hostel management system project in PHP and MySQL

Hostel management system project is simply developed using PHP and MySQL. The HMS project having single Admin panel. The admin panel of HMS project has an important role in the management of the hostel.

In the Admin panel, admin has right to add new student, add new room, add new course and manage room bookings.

Steps to Download and Run:

Below are the step by step process to Download and Run the project.

Step 1: Download Source Code

The Source Code Download link given below.

Step 2: Extract File

After successfully download, right click on the file and click extract all.

After successfully extract, you will find hostel-management-system folder, hostel_db database file and README document in the Hostel management system in php folder.

Step 3: Copy Project Folder

In this step, copy hostel-management-system folder and paste into htdocs folder.

C:\xampp\htdocs\hostel-management-system

Step 4: Create and Import Database

In this step, enter Database name hostel_db and then click on Create button.

After successfully, click on Import tab and click Choose File(hostel_db) then click Go button.

Step 5: Run Project

Congratulations! Run the project using the URL: http://localhost/hostel-management-system/
